Adjustable Steel Neck Collar
The neck restraint consists of a single Chicago Model 2500 Oversized Boot Cuffs. This makes the collar very precisely adjustable and adapts to different neck diameters. It is made of robust, nickel-plated steel. The inner circumference ranges from 28.3 cm to 38.7 cm. The guide chain is 18 cm long and the weight is approximately 420 grams. Two keys are included in the scope of delivery.
